Am Hauptsitz in Leer (Ostfriesland) koordinieren über 120 Mitarbeiter alle Prozesse erfolgreich in der DACH-Region. Im Jahr 2025 eröffnet ein Office in London, um in den UK-Markt zu expandieren. Die Expansion in weitere Absatzmärkte ist in Planung.
Our contribution
Step by step towards more sustainability
journaway has set itself the goal of supporting at least one social project in every country to which we offer trips. We currently support over 35 projects. These projects are carefully selected and constantly monitored - and we even do so ourselves on site! Our customers also have the opportunity to visit many of these projects during their trips and become actively involved themselves. In addition, for every booking, journaway offsets the CO₂ emissions that are attributable to the trip’s land-based services.

Once you’ve sent in your application, please give us some time to thoroughly review your documents. If we think we have a match, we’ll either contact you by phone or arrange an appointment for an initial phone or video call.
1Interview
We believe that the conditions for a perfect match need to be right for both sides. That's why we conduct a personal interview to get to know each other better and provide a relaxed atmosphere in which we can exchange ideas.
2Meet the Team!
We’ll introduce you to some journawayers during the initial face-to-face interview so you can get to know your potential team personally. This will give you an idea of the required tasks and how we work as a team.
